Structured to support neuroplasticity and functional movement
Led with clear cueing, modifications, and progressions
Focused on empowerment, not limitation
Participants feel capable, supported, and motivated—while facilities feel confident offering a high-quality, specialized service.
We offer condition-informed group classes, including:

Health Coaching Courses
Led by the Director of Exercise Physiology & Health Coaching
Growing up, Christina witnessed firsthand how positive lifestyle changes could transform lives, including her own, sparking a lifelong passion for using exercise as a tool for lasting health and empowerment. What began as an interest in reducing chronic disease risk evolved into a holistic approach to wellness that supports physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being.
After launching an inclusive coaching service in 2020, Christina felt a clear calling to serve older adults and individuals with neurological and movement conditions. Many of her most meaningful success stories came from clients living with Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, stroke recovery, and other neurological conditions. These individuals achieved remarkable progress through adaptive exercise and encouragement. This became her ministry in motion: blending clinical expertise with compassion, purpose, and service. In 2025, as a result of this experience, Christina expanded Phine Fitness to include specialized group fitness classes for individuals with neurological and movement conditions, allowing her to further serve this community.
