1. How long will it take to receive your program?

Once you have activated your account and completed the consultation form, your fitness program will be available within 5-7 business days.

 

2. How long does your account stay open?

Your account will stay open for 60 days after the end date of your fitness program. If you decide to purchase another program after the 60 days, you will have to go through the account activation process again.

 

3. Do I have to enter my body weight when I activate my account?

No, you do not have to enter your body weight. Phine Fitness does not track body weight. Since the software requires an input for bodyweight in order to activate your account, you can put “0” in the response box to proceed.

 

4. How will the exercise program be delivered?

The exercise program will be delivered through the app and includes an instructional video for each exercise.

 

5. What is the weekly check-in process?

Once a week you will receive a check-in message through the app. In the check-in message, you can respond to the questions that are posed, as well as voice any questions, comments, or concerns that came up during the week.

 

6. Are payment plans available?

No, payment plans are not available. All services are paid in full at the time of purchase.

 

7. Refunds?

No, refunds are not offered for any reason. All sales are final and non-refundable.
